Intention Engine
This device will use a light-sensitive array of 30 receptors to capture gestures as they are made over a matrix of glass tubes. Gestures will be simultaneously displayed by a similar array of salvaged electromechanical solenoids (pictured here). The apparatus will be mounted to a base of burled walnut. I call it a work in progress, since the apparatus is currently stored at a dear friend’s house in Chicago.
